چکیده
Springback is the reverse elastic deformation produced by unloading process, which a common phenomenon in sheet metal stamping and forming process affects final accuracy of part. Aiming at problem springback error multi-point hyperbolic component for ships, was studied combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation test. The mechanical property parameters stress-strain curves were obtained tensile tests using new corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy as material. compensation method introduced, formula based on surface curvature derived, compensated mold further corrected fitted cubic B-sample method. punch tooling generated modeled 3D modeling software MPFCAD finite element to simulate member. Multi-point conducted press component, formed parts checked analysis scanning GOM Inspect software. results show that used this paper can effectively reduce effect very good.

The Effects of Forming Parameters on the Single Point Incremental Forming of 1050 Aluminum Alloy Sheet
The single point incremental forming (SPIF) is one of the dieless forming processes which is widely used in the sheet metal forming. The correct selection of the SPIF parameters influences the formability and quality of the product. In the present study, the Gurson-Tvergaard Needleman (GTN) damage model was used for the fracture prediction in the numerical simulation of the SPIF process of alum...
متن کاملAn Alternate Method to Springback Compensation for Sheet Metal Forming
The aim of this work is to improve the accuracy of cold stamping product by accommodating springback. This is a numerical approach to improve the accuracy of springback analysis and die compensation process combining the displacement adjustment (DA) method and the spring forward (SF) algorithm. This alternate hybrid method (HM) is conducted by firstly employing DA method followed by the SF meth...
متن کاملEffect of different yield functions on computations of forming limit curves for aluminum alloy sheets
In this article, the effect of different yield functions on prediction of forming limit curve (FLC) for aluminum sheet is studied. Due to importance of FLC in sheet metal forming, concentration on effective parameters must be considered exactly in order to have better theoretical prediction comparing experimental results. Yield function is one of the factors which are improved by adding new coe...
متن کاملFlexible Forming of Thin Aluminum Alloy Sheets
Flexible forming is a sheet metal forming process with the application of soft material tooling. In this study, flexible (silicone rubber, SR, and styrene butadiene rubber, SBR) and semi-rigid (polyamide 66, PA) polymeric materials were adopted to make several upper dies which were used in combination with aluminium lower dies. Stamping operations were performed on a thin aluminium alloy sheet ...

The inherent reactivity of the Al–Cu alloys is such that their use for structural, marine, and aerospace components and structures would not be possible without prior application of a corrosion resistance system. Historically these corrosion resistance coatings were based on the use of chemicals containing Cr (VI) compounds. Silane coatings are of increasing interest in industry due to th...
